We are a world-class business school community, embedded in a world-class university, collectively tackling world-scale problems.

At Saïd Business School, we develop leaders who confidently navigate complexity; who connect deep thought with resolute action; and, most of all, who make decisions based on a profound understanding of the challenges of the wider global context in which they operate.

As an international business school, we welcome students, researchers, faculty and partners from all over the world. Our international diversity is reinforced by the network of relationships within the University of Oxford. Our faculty of scholars in business, finance, and management collaborate with academic colleagues who are conducting cutting edge research in neuroscience, biochemistry, political science, medicine and philosophy.

A university is place for ideas. Our job as a business school within a university is to nurture those ideas, help them to grow, and then apply them to create maximum impact for businesses and organisations on a world scale.

Our 1+1 MBA is a two-year degree for high-potential leaders, which combines the depth of a specialist Masters degree with the breadth of an MBA. With our executive education programmes, we deliver transformational training to global business leaders, pairing insights from Oxford faculty and experienced practitioners. We believe in the concept of responsible leadership, which we foster through discussion in every part of the School, from the MBA programme to research, executive education, and consultancy.

Entrepreneurship is a theme that permeates our work. It the subject of formal modules in the MBA and EMBA programmes, and is explored and applied by the Entrepreneurship Centre and the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship. Our graduates have first-hand experience devising solutions to complex challenges, and take these skills into larger organisations, social enterprises, and their own innovative businesses.
