Mindful walking group

Lunchtime Mindful Walking Group 1 – 2pm

Would you welcome a little headspace in the middle of your day?

A breath of fresh air, a screen-break, some low-pressure company?

Do you find practising Mindfulness helpful but sometimes lack motivation when on your own?


Mindful Walking is a great way to practice Mindfulness!


You’re welcome to join us to do two gentle laps of University Parks, with mindful prompts or to bring your own guided practice and headphones and walk with us.

We will round up with a relaxing cup of tea at The Natural history Museum.

Meet at the Keble Gate entrance to University Parks OX1 3QD (opposite Keeble Road)
