Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
I am the first point of contact for visitors to the Social Sciences Divisional Office within Hayes House. I maintain, manage and administer the Social Sciences Divisional meeting rooms and reception area, including AV support. I am also in charge of handling all Divisional enquiries that come in.
I provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant, assist her with tasks relating to the smooth running of the office, encompassing the reporting of building related issues and supporting the Senior Management Team with papers for Committees.
