Senior Research Facilitator
I support collaborative, multi-partner, and interdisciplinary research projects. I enable individual researchers, research teams and research consortia to understand and navigate the research funding landscape. For example, I provide in-depth reviews of draft research proposals and guidance on project management and planned activity. I also support the design and setting up of collaborative approaches to innovative research questions, always taking into account the interdisciplinary connections required to achieve both academic and non-academic impact. With a view to making their research sustainable in the mid to long-term, I support researchers and research teams with the development and implementation of their funding strategies. I am also responsible for overseeing the administration of the John Fell Fund in the Social Sciences Division. I coordinate a suite of briefings, workshops and written guidance tailored to suit researchers at all career stages.
