Many good things can happen to you when you lie successfully. But your parents told you that lying is bad. So you are in a dilemma: what do you do? In general, how do people report private information? Dr Abeler is a behavioural and experimental economist in the Department of Economics. His will carry out a live experiment with audience participation and then explain the theoretical background to the results.
