Planning & Equality Manager
- I support departments in their applications for Athena SWAN Charter awards (and subsequent implementation of award actions), and I am the lead administrative contact for Equality and Diversity-related matters, including Implicit Bias training and Bullying & Harassment.
- In addition, I produce annual key activity and performance indicators and related analysis for departments, and I coordinate the division’s submission to the University’s annual tuition fee-setting exercise. I also provide flexible and targeted support to departments, e.g. by providing interim management cover.
