Review of the Digital Education Strategy

Ahead of the plans to undertake an update of the University's Digital Education Strategy, departments are being invited to send comments on the draft strategy by Friday 25th February.

The University’s current Digital Education Strategy was adopted in 2016. It is being updated in light of the progress made since then in the use of technology to support learning and teaching across Oxford, and accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please forward any comments on the draft strategy to Lindsay Rudge by Friday 25th February (end of week 6). In particular, departments may wish to consider the six questions listed on the first page of the document; the draft Strategy itself starts on page 11.

The draft Strategy will be discussed at Divisional Board in week 2, and it is hoped that the working group co-Chairs, Professor Sir Nigel Shadbolt and Professor Rhona Sharpe, will be able to attend that meeting. The draft will also be presented at divisional GSC and USC later in the term.
