EDI Project: Induction workshops for students on inclusive classroom culture and collaborative learning

In this project, a group of Associates identified inclusive classroom practices being undertaken in a number of Departments, Schools and Faculties across the Division, and reflected on some of the facilitators and barriers to inclusive classroom practice.  

A Division-wide seminar was held to share their findings in Trinity term, and a written report will also be shared.  A film was also produced (supported by Diversity Fund funding) showcasing one approach to induction taken in the Department of International Development.
