Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
I am the first point of contact for staff and visitors to the Social Sciences Divisional Office within Hayes House. I maintain, manage and administer the Social Sciences Divisional meeting rooms and reception area, including AV support. I also handle all Divisional enquiries that come in via the Enquiries inbox.
I provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant, assist her with tasks relating to the smooth running of the office, encompassing the reporting of building related issues and supporting staff with any Divisional queries.
