Head of Engagement
I lead the Impact and Engagement Team within the SSD RIE Team. The Impact and Engagement team provide research impact and engagement advice and guidance to researchers and departments, helping them to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders beyond academia. We build capacity among researchers by directing and coordinating research impact and engagement training to enable researchers to develop their engagement skills, and develop platforms and funding schemes which enable them to practice these newly developed skills. My team provide advice and guidance on REF impact to departments and researchers, helping them to plan and implement integrated knowledge exchange and impact strategies. I am the administrative lead for the Oxford’s ESRC Impact Acceleration Account (IAA) and the division’s HEIF funding schemes.
