HR Business Partner
I am a HR Business Partner within the Social Sciences Division. Together we provide support to departments in all matters regarding HR policy, including recruitment and selection procedures, organisational change, equal opportunities, induction, development, grading and remuneration, employee relations and general issues relating to employment law. Formally, we report to University Personnel Services, but we are located at Hayes House, and we work with the division and its departments to understand their business objectives and provide support and advice, whilst managing and associated risks.
