Head of Academic HR
I lead the Division’s HR team. We support departments with academic HR, including recruitment, reward, sabbatical, family leave and Initial Period of Office. We deliver a number of University schemes including Recognition of Distinction, Professorial Merit Pay and the Recruitment Protocol. The team also provides a full HR service to the Social Sciences Divisional Office.
