Join us as an EDI Associate

We are looking for Associates to join our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion team and effect real change by contributing to key EDI projects across the Division between February and June 2023. 

Could you be one of approximately 15 Associates, offering 35-40 hours of your time, with the agreement of your line manager/supervisor?  

We recognise that there are many across the Division who share our passion and commitment to advancing equality, diversity and inclusion, and who have a variety of skills and talents to contribute.  

Whether you are a member of academic, research, or professional services staff, or a DPhil student, help us to build a community of individuals, enhancing our collective knowledge and resources, while developing your own skills and experiences. 

The project areas include: 

  • Diversification and decolonisation of curricula/disciplines 

  • Development of a network of EDI researchers 

  • Induction workshops for students on inclusive classroom culture and collaborative learning 

  • Other areas – including your own project proposals 

We can offer a grant of up to £1,000 for your training, development and research costs. You will also be closely supported by the divisional EDI team.
