Teaching Excellence Awards 2024

The Teaching Excellence Awards are designed to celebrate those at all career-stages who have made significant contributions to the realm of teaching and learning within the Division. It's a chance to shine a spotlight on individuals who have shown exceptional dedication to fostering academic success through outstanding support for student learning, the implementation of new teaching methods and approaches, or a commitment to professional development.

Nominations are now open for the 2024 Teaching Excellence Awards (TEA), which covers four categories. The award categories, criteria and application guidance have been revised since last year, so we would advise that you pay close attention to the guidance notes for full information about eligibility and submitting an application. Of particular note is the category concerning DPhil supervision, this award has been updated for 2024 to recognise supervisors trialling new practices and successfully engaging with new methods of supervision.
