PI Support and Development Programme launched

Advancing a research culture that is supportive, inclusive, and equitable

The University is developing a programme of work to advance a research culture that is supportive, inclusive, and equitable. Priorities include supporting research careers, integrity in research practice, and recognising a diversity of talents and contributions.

As part of this, the Social Sciences Division's has launched the PI Support and Development pilot, which aims to understand how Oxford can better support PIs in their roles as leaders of research teams.

Are you are a PI (i.e., an academic or researcher who manages other researchers as part of their role), or a fixed-term researcher in the Social Sciences, willing to be interviewed about your experiences?
